|Recommended: NoTrashy — Extremely unprofessional staff, loud and dirty property, subject to rent hikes and additional fees without explanation. Landlords maintenance enter your living space randomly and without warning. Definitely avoid.

|Recommended: YesDecent Good Pricing for what you get and the location — Its nice.. I think its convenient and a good location to stay if your just getting started out in Memphis. The leasing management could be a little better with addressing concerns and communication. The elevator doesn't work at times but no major complaints. Good spot to stay.

|Recommended: YesThis property is good. — It’s quiet and peaceful. If you have any issues with your apartment they are quick the help fix whatever issues there are. The staff here is very friendly and nice and they are there whenever you need.
